Is there a free plan?
Yes, the Free plan is free and permanent, no credit card: 1 member, 2 shipments per month, plus tracking and WhatsApp credits on demand.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by mobile money (Flooz, T-Money, Wave, etc.) or by credit card.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual at any time. The difference is calculated pro-rata.
What happens if I hit the Free plan limits?
You can upgrade to Plus or Pro anytime to remove the limits (members, shipments, advanced features). Your data is preserved.
Are there additional fees?
All forwarder plans apply 3% commission on payments collected in the app, Free plan included (5% for consolidation agents on the Free plan). With the Pro plan, your payments can be withdrawn immediately, no 3-day wait. Any Mobile Money fees are paid by the client, never by you. No other hidden fees.
